ITK is an open-source, cross-platform system that provides developers with an extensive suite of software tools for image analysis. Developed through extreme programming methodologies, ITK employs leading-edge algorithms for registering and segmenting multidimensional data.
The full software guide is available here: ITK Software Guide.
QMUL have ITK installed on Apocrita. Keep in mind that ITK is a toolkit, and as such, it does not provide an application to run.
To use ITK you must load the module:
module load itk
ITK has a compile time option for ITK_COMPUTER_MEMORY_SIZE this means that there are three versions of ITK installed on Apocrita to handle the different sized nodes, these versions will be automatically selected depending on which node type the job is run on. All other options are the same across versions.
