There are a number of mailing lists used by ITS Research to keep users informed of upcoming maintenance windows and service changes. During account creation, users are automatically subscribed to the relevant lists.

GitHub mailing list

Messages relating to the on-site GitHub appliance including planned upgrades are sent to the its-github-users@qmul.ac.uk mailing list.

Accounts which include QMUL GitHub access are automatically subscribed to this mailing list.

HPC mailing list

Messages relating to Apocrita including: planned maintenance and scheduler / storage upgrades are sent to the hpc-users@qmul.ac.uk mailing list.
